Enquiry data
The contact form collects your name, email address and description of what you would like to improve. Company is optional. It also includes the language, contact page, a predefined interest code and a random request identifier. Do not send passwords, confidential customer information or attachments.
Purposes and legal bases
The information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project. The form does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
We process your information to respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you contact us on behalf of a company or about another matter, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Preventing form abuse and essential website diagnostics rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining security. Providing information is voluntary, but we need your email address and a description of your enquiry to respond.
Recipients and service providers
Enquiries are sent to the designated email inbox. The website does not keep a separate database of messages or send form data to an AI service.
Website hosting: Hostinger. Email provider: Hostinger Email.
Retention
If we do not work together, we delete enquiry correspondence no later than six months after the conversation ends. If we enter into a contract, we retain the information needed to perform it for its duration and subsequently to the extent required by legal obligations or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims until the applicable time limits expire. Only information necessary for those purposes is retained for longer.
Anti-abuse and request metadata are kept for no longer than 24 hours. They do not contain names, email addresses or message text.
Application logs are retained for up to 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing or request data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
Technical logs and protection
The contact endpoint limits request frequency and size and checks the request origin. IP addresses used for limiting are replaced with a keyed cryptographic identifier. Application diagnostics contain a time, result code and random request identifier, without message content. Hosting may maintain its own technical access logs.
Cookies and other technologies
The website does not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, session recording or marketing cookies. Fonts are served locally. Form content is not saved to browser storage.
International transfers
Our hosting and email provider may use subprocessors and process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the safeguards described in Hostinger's data processing agreement apply, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. That agreement provides information about subprocessors and transfer safeguards. You can contact us to request information about the safeguards used.
