First, we decide what is worth building.

I’m Patryk Kamenczak, and brigdev is the name under which I design and build applications myself. From managing a manufacturing company, I know what happens when a quote changes several times, a drawing stays buried in an email or someone has to ask on the shop floor for a deadline.

What does a custom application cost?

The initial enquiry is free. There are two separate paid stages, and after each one you decide whether to continue.

Stage 1

Solution plan

from€850excl. VAT

We define what the application should do, who will use it and how it fits into your current work.

  • A review of the current task and its main problems
  • A recommendation: improve, buy or build
  • Sketches of key screens and the first version’s scope
  • Development estimate, timeline and acceptance criteria

You can use the plan with another developer too. It does not commit you to development.

Stage 2

First version of your app

We build and launch the agreed scope, such as a job register with documents, due dates and access for your team.

The proposal confirms the exact price and dates. A full ERP integration or production planning system is a separate scope.

The plan and the app are charged separately, starting at €5,150 combined, excluding VAT. The plan is not automatically deducted from the app price. Maintenance, further development and third-party services are quoted separately. Prices are in euros; the proposal confirms taxes and payment terms.

QUESTIONS

Common questions

Do we need a technical brief or a meeting first?

No. A short description of one task is enough: how you prepare a quote, pass on an order or enter the same data twice. I will reply by email and ask any questions. If a conversation would help, I will suggest a free call of about 20 minutes.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Often you can keep it. An additional application can handle the missing task and use data from your existing software. I first check data access, licences and integration costs. Configuration changes or an existing module may be enough.

What costs should we expect after launch?

Server or cloud costs, third-party services and agreed maintenance are quoted separately. Before launch, we agree on costs and responsibility for backups, updates and support. New features require their own scope and estimate.
